Love my neck fan!
It has 3 temp settings that keeps you cool, as well as a usb charging system so you don't need batteries. The fan also lets you know how much battery life is needed before charging.

Neck fan
It's convenient whereas I have to flip mines with the fans facing downward due to hot flashes, which works for me.

On the top speed it moves a lot of air around your head. Love it.

Good neck fan:
The neck fan cools nicely, but doesn't do that well in hot sunny weather. It blows warm air back up on your face. It does do well riding an electric scooter since it doesn't blow off. Also it's pretty quiet when used indoors.

just ok
The neck fan came in a package that was damaged by water, rain I'm assuming. It seemed to still work ok, luckily. However, it was definitely not the color I had ordered. They sent me a much lighter shade of purple then I had picked out. Not sure I want to go through the hassle of exchanging it though, and taking a chance that the next neck fan could be in worse shape than the first one.
