Liquid, slippery, and water-based.
It's liquid and water-based and very convenient to pour out onto whatever parts you need to be slippery. So it works really quickly. And just be careful that you don't pour it all over the place, because you just need a little bit to make it work. Check the package says 8 ounces, but it's not. It's only 4 ounces. That's an error on the package label. Thanks, China.
