BROKEN PUMP
FRUIT OF THE EARTH IS WONDERFUL. THE SQUIRT TO NOZEL IS BROKEN ! MUST HAVE BEEN DAMAGED IN DELIVERY PROCESS!

Fruit of the earth produces two aloe vera gels. One just says "gel", the other "100% gel". The photo shown on your site said "100% gel", you shipped "gel". "Gel" is thicker and heavier, and not what I wanted. I'm starting to wonder if they don't produce "100% gel" anymore and just don't advertise that.

I ordered the 100% Aloe Vera gel, but did not receive the 100%. My doctor told me to get this for radiation treatment and was disappointed when other ingredients were listed.

the pump doesn't work and if I have to take the top off every time I use it it's just going to make a big mess I worked with it 30 minutes I know how to make a pump work it's broke

Good product but defective pump
The aloe gel is a super great product but it arrived with the pump unscrewed. Amazing that none of the gel had gotten out of the bottle. After screwing on the pump and trying to get it to pump I found that the pump was defective and wouldn't work. Luckily I had my old pump from my last bottle of aloe gel and it still works fine so I used it. Very disappointed to receive a defective product. I've purchased this product many times and this is the first time I've received a bottle with a defective pump. I should have returned it to Walmart and purchased from somewhere else but since I had my old pump that worked decided not to do that.

The picture is the old formula which I loved. The product I received is the new formula which unfortunately doesn't come close to the results I was used to. Cannot use it as a styling gel anymore.
