I ordered two packages of 5 online…What was delivered was 4 packages of 3..With no explanation…Three of the packages were fine. The 4th was an unsatisfactory color . I completed the online return for the one package and selected the option to return to store…Customer Service at the store would not take it; said that item was not in their system.. Told me to Go home and call Corporate….I gave up..will donate to my favorite thrift store .

I recently purchased a 12-pack of boxer briefs and was initially impressed by the pricing (was on sale), vibrant colors, and the fact that they're made from 100% cotton. The variety of hues is fun and adds a nice touch to my underwear drawer. The fabric feels soft and breathable, which is a must for comfort throughout the day. However, I was disappointed to find that four of the briefs had holes straight out of the packaging. Also, it didn't have the fly mesh as advertised even though it's on the packaging. This raises concerns about quality control during production or possible shipping damage. W didn't ship it in a box, but in a baggie from across the country. I did contact the manufacturer to address these quality issues and was surprised they sent me a new pack. I did have to show proof of the defects. Overall, while I liked the color options and the comfort of the cotton material, the presence of holes in some of the briefs makes it hard to fully recommend this product. Double-check for any defects.

The Fruit of the Loom Men's L boxer briefs arrived in good condition. They look okay EXCEPT what I received are not what I ordered / wanted. I wanted the thin horizontal striped boxer briefs like in the left picture below. I received the gray and red boxer briefs (no navy blue) like in the right picture below. I guess it doesn't really matter much but I prefer the thin stripes over the thick stripes. I probably should have bought these at the store a couple of weeks ago when I saw them there but it seemed more convenient to order online for delivery.

I've used your product for years! But with this order I received a pair of your boxer briefs that I wore one time and the whole inseam busted out! Not to happy with this but the other pairs seem to be ok!

Bought size S. The elastic is very narrow. Doesn't stretch at all. These panties are not for a man, but for a child. But they will not work for a child either, because they are too long, and for a man they will not work either because they are too narrow in the area of ​​the elastic. Who are they made for? The photo shows that they are small even for a thin girl. it is impossible to stretch the elastic band. impossible even to try on. This is terrible. it must be returned. please choose another size.

Product came and it's not the colors pictured. Came with Navy blue, Grey, Charcoal, Burgundy, and Teal.

This review is more to the fact that I ordered online cause I work and don't have time to go to store after, but this is supposed to be a gift and the packaging came open and I'm not even upset about that. I'm upset that who ever packaged it didn't even bother to count that it's supposed to be a pair of 10 in it and there was only 8.

Package arrived on time the delivery was perfect only issue is whoever picked the item Knowingly sent an open item, that's not even the issue, if it's open check the contents, they did not do this Package was missing 1 unit
