girlfriend loves this laptop, and its honestly better than the one i have laying around lol. it plays games pretty well for it not being a gaming laptop, but do not expect great performance, even sometimes with lower settings. it still does the trick though

I love the color, just as shown. I wish the battery life was stronger, but it has done well for what I use it for. Came with key cover and the lights are super neat for the background keys.
I love this computer, the color is beautiful. It works perfect. The only thing so far I have noticed that it has had issues with is updating certain things and the colorful backlight on the bottom keypad is not as bright as I would like, but the computer overall is a steal for the price.

The computer is very pretty, and the screen and keyboard look ideal for my needs; unfortunately, I couldn't get it to connect properly. I notified the seller and received instructions to remove and tighten a component, which likely happened during shipping, but I couldn't do it because I am not knowledgeable about computer repairs.
I bought this computer because I was going back to school. It will not stay connected to the internet at all when all my other devices have no issue. It also has where I am to pay for a windows key instead of it being included like it was suppose to.
This is the worst thing I have ever bought online. USB port inoperative right out of the box. Email is only contact and they want a video of the problem. IMPOSSIBLE and UNREASONABLE request. Computer was shipped with windows 11 which was not activated by them AND they did not provide activation key. Same situation for office 2019. I am screwed out of $500 and a lot of time.
