This is an Excellent radio for System Fusion use; It is very easy to use and program ! Well worth the price for a radio with Digital capability. I am currently running wiresX and using an FT-70 as the control radio of the Room. W8SPB Shannon in Tiffin, Ohio !

besides being nearly $100 more than HRO, it's a decent HT. For the price point it does surprisingly well. Don't get hung up on battery icon.
