FUEL 5,000 mAh Wireless MagSafe Portable Charger

I have a 12 ProMax and was honestly hoping for more. I love the convenience of it but it definitely doesn't charge a much as I had hoped and it and my phone definitely get HOT when using it. I'm glad I got it with a deal because if I paid full price I'd be returning it.

Was excited to get this and have on hand. I have to remove my otter box cover on my iPhone 13 to have it stick, not a huge deal. But sometimes it's difficult to turn on. I've used it three times and it does charge pretty quickly but only makes it to about 60% on a 20% battery. And gets really HOT. Was going to buy a new case for the phone so that the magnet will work without taking off case, but after seeing the quality of the battery pack I think I'll get a different battery pack instead. Kind of disappointed

Saw some reviews about this prior to ordering but I got it with a discount so I thought I would try it. Honestly, they are right. I have a mag safe case from Case-Mate and have used a pop socket wallet with it for over a year, and that thing is amazingly strong, I never have a problem with it. In comparison, this is easily knocked off, just in common use. I can't speak to how well the battery works yet, as the weak magnet has prevented me from using it much, just know that if you use it, it's best to keep it in a bag so that if it falls off, you don't lose it.

I have been using my wireless battery for about a week and a half and I am honestly not impressed. It turns off on its own. Because of this I have yet to charge my phone up more than about 20% with it. As cute and convenient as it is, unfortunately it leaves much to be desired.

It's ok but not as good as Apples mag pack. Definitely would recommend apples as it has a feature allowing you to not overcharge devices and allows the pack to charge quickly. This packs not bag but definitely would recommend apples version. (And original Idea from apple!)

So, bought this in September 2022 and I've used it here and there. Now it's February 2023 and it just suddenly stopped charging. The lights turn on but my iPhone 14 Pro Max doesn't charge. I tried it on my sister's iPhone 12 Pro Max and the same thing. The blue LED light keeps blinking and I can't seem to figure out how to torubleshoot to know what this means. Luckily warranty covered it and I'm getting a replacement. Will have to check again in a few months and see if this one will last. I also wish Fuel would post troubleshooting instructions on the page.

I usually love everything I get from casemate. This doesn't charge but halfway so if I'm on 1% I may get to 50%. It gets very hot and then my phone get extremely hot so I worry about it. Not sure if it just mine or they just don't work that well. They are very pricey for this to be the case.

As I received the battery pack, immediately I charged it. Once fully charged, the lights turned on but my iPhone doesn't charge. The blue light keeps blinking and it eventually powers off on its own, without providing any charge.

I was highly disappointed in this product. It doesn't even give my phone a full battery before it dies. I have to keep pressing the button and eventually it will randomly turn on - it doesn't come with instructions on specifics how to turn it on to charge the phone. Had I not missed the return window, I would have sent it back. Completely disappointing and a waste of money!

I had HIGH hope for this battery pack and for my experience it SUCKS! The problem when I attach it to my CaseMate MagSafe case it will does NOT immediately charge even when I press the button which works sometimes. I also purchase the individual Fuel MagSafe charger and it works like a charm. There is no instructions and I'm seriously thinking of returning it and get the duel pack stand charger—NOT HAPPY!
