I needed rain gear in a pinch for a next-day Parks %26 Recreation event and this did the job. It's nothing fancy and not very thick, but it kept me dry when I needed it most. Lightweight, easy to throw on, and reliable in a light to moderate rain.

at first i thought I'd really like this item. the plastic felt thicker than some that is used for this type of item, however, i tried the jacket on just to make sure it fit. i wear any where from size med to xl and this size l jacket fit fine. however as soon as i took it off, rolled it back up, but then decided to hang it, the stupid jacket ripped! i wasn't rough with it or anything, so, I'm not sure what happened. Maybe it was a fluke. now that I think about it, when i received the product, i did wonder if it had been previously opened, it didn't seem as taught in the package as one would expect. anyway, if i am able to replace the item, i will update my review. i would not use my review as your only deciding factor. i didn't read the reviews prior to my ordering the product, and i am going to read them now. thank you

Not the same material depicted in the description and image. The actual product material is the equivalent of dollar store birthday party table covers and is extremely sensitive to touch. I was sent the LGE size but I ordered XL. Can't even get the jacket on my body it's so small and flimsy.
