Fuel Level Sending Unit - Compatible with 2000 - 2004 Nissan Xterra (From 05/01/1999 Up To 12/31/2004) 2001 2002 2003

This part is not readily available at your neighborhood auto parts stores, not even for special order--kind of strange. Parts Geek has them and it worked great for my 02 Xterra. Came complete with new fuel line fittings, machine screws, gasket. Not sure of it is true OEM, but it was labeled as such and seemed good enough.

Paid for 2 day shipping but it came in a day and a half! Thanks Parts Geek! This is a real OEM Nissan part and came in a Nissan box. The part came with a new O-ring to go between the sending unit and the top of the tank, two spare fuel line quick disconnects and 6 replacement 8mm bolts for the ring that holds the sending unit onto the tank and seals it up.

I put this unit into a 2002 Xterra that the previous sending unit had burn up in. It went in very easily and was an exact fit. I couldn't be happier with the price and the speed of the shipping (I just used standard shipping). Will definitely be using Parts Geek again.

The price on this sending unit saved me aprox $ 75 bucks. First looked at Junk yards but they would only sell me the whole fuel pump and and sending unit together for 150 but found exactly the unit on Parts Geek for $49.95 score received it overnight...

This is OEM, works great you get all new clips and it's easy to put back into place. I am very satisfied with this product and this business for having the Fuel Sending Unit because no part stores near me sell them so this really helped me out alot. Would definitely buy more.

I recently experienced a problem with my '01 Nissan Xterra. I was told that the problem was the fuel pump, so I replaced it. However, that didn't fix the problem. Turns out, the real problem was the Fuel Level Sending unit... I searched for that part at various stores and on line, to no avail. Until I came across this site. Thanks to PartsGeek, my truck is back on the road. Will be shopping for all my automotive needs here from now on.

Iam very satified with the service but delivery it has to much doubts because I paid for next delivered and I got the part 5 days later i didn't get any calls or notification nor ethier parts geek or delivery company I was very desappointed on that issue but other than that very good service

This unit compares exactly to the original unit with the only difference being that there was no fuel temperature sensing unit. This was easily fixed by taking the original fuel temp sensor and installing it on the new on from partsgeek and soldering the wires to the existing electrical connector unit along with the ground to the existing ground terminal. The unit works well and beyond the minor issue of the fuel temp sensor it should do very well for years.
