It's the perfect height. It's very sturdy. It doesn't budge when you step on it. This little stepper replaces big machines. Grab on to some weights while you step, and its aerobic. It's very fun, too. I also use it as a little table in the kitchen, because it is pretty.

I'm really happy I purchased this plyo box. It's very sturdy and well constructed. I'm 240 lbs and I feel very secure jumping on it. I like the 3 different heights and it's pretty easy to change the level. Really good size surface on top with some grip so it's not slippery. The only negative is putting it together. That was a workout in itself :) You need a really good size #3 philips screwdriver or you can strip the screws very easy. And there are no step by step instructions. There is 1 pic so you have to use you intuition and common sense. If you're used to putting things together it's not that difficult to figure out. Takes a good 30 min.

Bought this item a few weeks ago to incorporate into my workout. Works great, very sturdy and provides lots of options on heights and exercises. The whole family is using it. It is great value for the money and shipping was fast. Extremely happy with this purcase - Walmart always comes through!

I bought this for my corona home gym and it is definitely sturdy enough for box jumps and anything else you can throw at it. Pretty simple to assemble (took 10 mins tops) but you do need 4 hands in the beginning - two to hold pieces together and two to screw.

I love it! I already had one but I needed another one to do deeper weighted squats. I just wish it was cheaper ‍️ ‍️

I love the easily adjustable heights. privides versatility in workouts based in which exercise I am doing. The assembly was more than I thought it would be, however totally worth it once it was all put together. Can't beat the price!

I manage a 24/7 health club, so our equipment and accessories get a LOT of use! Not only was this the best deal BY FAR after days of research, it's good quality and solid. It's still new, so I'm hoping it keeps holding up for at least a year before I have to replace it.

The first thing I noticed about this thing when it arrived is how heavy it is. That and the overwhelming smell of industrial chemicals when unpacking. All the pieces are heavy and seem extremely sturdy. It is a little bit of a chore to assemble, just make sure you leave all of the nuts and bolts a bit loose until they are all started before tightening. One of the metal snap locks on the legs which allow height adjustment did not work properly and was catching causing some issues. Almost returned but lubricated with some WD-40 and it seems to be working OK now. Have used several times now for step exercises and box jumps at each of the three height adjustments. It seems to work well and will hopefully last for a long time. I weigh about 190 lbs and it seems plenty sturdy. Purchased mainly for my own use and high school volleyball playing daughter to improve jumping. Based on my experience so far and for the price I would recommend this product. Time will tell if my opinion lasts.

The wooden plots are easier to build. This one requires exact tools or screws/nuts will strip easily. Difficult to put together need screwdriver on one side and something to hold nut in place on the other for 20 screws or so.
