Fuel Pureformance 20 Lb. Adjustable Weighted Vest

I liked that this vest was easy to put on and take off- as were the sandbag weights! I started with a low weight until I could see how the weight would affect me- full recovery from recent knee surgery, but still slightly stooped forward. I was looking for the workout and the posture correction- and I got both! I initially used on a slightly inclined treadmill, but I now know that I can do this without injury. I will take this outside on longer slow walks- not more than 2.5-2.7 mph for me personally. I liked the experience enough to continue for the muscle/bone building benefit and how easy to slip this vest over a variety of clothing because of the adjustable fit using the large, double velcro waist straps. I loved the whole experience!

My husband absolutely loves this! You can adjust for how much weight and he is 6'5” and a pretty big chest and fits him perfectly

Vest is a good price. You assemble the weights into the little pockets. This is our second vest we wore the first one out after about 5yrs

I ordered it on a Wednesday night had it by Friday in time to use. I've walked for years with 20 lb in a backpack. This is much, much better. No pressure on my front shoulder and arm pits. I love it. 10 lb in front and 10 lb in back. I could hardly feel it on my shoulders. Well worth the $.

I bought this weighted vest for myself as a Christmas present. I had hoped to burn more calories during my walks. It is very helpful for doing so; I've since noticed myself losing more weight while enjoying how the vest strengthens my back and body. Each weight can be removed or added to the vest so it is very adjustable. Highly recommended.

Vest looks just like the websites photo. The item arrived in a box with another box inside that held the 20/1 lb weights that can be added or subtracted to the vest. Both sides of the vest have 10 compartments. 2 rows with 4 slots on top of 6 slots. The front has 1 metal clip and the back has 3. The velcro straps have a reflective panel that one could insert a (slim)phone into as well. I placed 12 lbs into the vest and it was quite comfortable. Over time, I'll work my way up to the full 20 lbs.

The vest material feels light and thin, fairly comfortable and durable. The soft weights are slightly too long, which makes placing them in their pockets difficult. The vest also feels too short to me and is not adjustable, not great for tall people. The width is adjustable and should work well for both thin and heavier folks.
