I like the mat and would buy again.
Honestly, this is the first exercise mat I've ever purchased. I purchased the mat to start exercising regularly at home (I am elderly and have been advised by my doctors). The mat is quite nice for what I need. Because of my size and Height, it's perfect for me (91 lb. and 4'10"). However it may not be a good fit for someone 5'10" or taller.

We have had mats before and this one is just as good. Maybe even a little more cushion to it.

Thick and soft, but slippery
The mat is thick and soft. However, it can be slippery and stretchy, depending the surface. I've used it on a wood floor, and the mat would move under my feet, especially with sudden moves like jumps.
