Fuggler Butt Ugly Pets 9 inch (Cheezee - Calico Cat), Ugly Monster Stuffed Animal Toy by ZURU

I've really loved Fugglers for a good while, so when I saw they made one that looked just like our kitty, I had to buy it. I'm used to them being difficult to get, so I was truthfully impressed when I got it this morning! I had tried to curbside it, they delayed the order, then offered a free delivery, so I had my fingers crossed the whole time it would work out in my favor, haha!

I was sent something else, it had a lipstick plant stake but it's not

Product is what I wanted but did not receive one of the 2 ordered and that took several calls to Walmart and my last call was answered by AI which really ticked me off. AI gave me the same non-responses customer service did. Useless.

I ordered this one and the black cat. for a belated gift. Twice now they sent me something other than the black cat, why I do not recommend buying again. Atleast I have one of the ones my son wanted.

The shipping is a total mess it's not updating my package is lost I have no idea when or if I'm getting it

these little Fuggler pets are so ugly they are cute, they are so adorable and nice quality. i bought another one for each of my little grandkids to put in their valentines bag instead of a valentines these are so much cuter, and i can add other item of valentines

The quality of product isn't a problem. But a problem's you send the wrong one. This is not a doll that I expected. So a problem is from the store officer. So disappointed.

I LOVE this fuggler! It's great quality and very cute, but Im only giving this 1 star because Walmarts online ordering was a literal nightmare! It took me a few attempts of buying this online, because it kept automatically changing my order from normal shipping to store delivery after purchasing even though I made sure to click the normal shipping option. Of course the stores near me didn't have it in stock so they couldn't deliver anything to me. Also one of the first times I ordered and instead of canceling my order they switched it to a different fuggler with out my knowledge or consent! I had no clue it got switched until it finally arrived at my door! Fast foward to now i finally was able to get it to ship to me normally from a warehouse and not from the stupid local store delivery. Genuinely the most frustrating and horrible experience I've ever had ordering something online. I would not recommend ordering through Walmarts website.

Look the item is awesome. Im sure of it. I tried ordering it three times already! Although…I can't really say it's awesome because you never sent me one! How could I really ever know if it is any good? Having never held one in my hand it's all presumption. I wish you had sent me one though. I expect I would have liked it.

Online it shows on sale and in stock for $9 but online regular price was $30. When I checked instore the price was normally $9, no “on sale” I also received the wrong fugglers that I actually purchased that I did not want at all. Horrible customer service not letting me know the item was not in stock
