I ordered the calico cat Cheezee as a Christmas present, I checked no substitutions and received a dog instead. It was very specific to the person who I was gifted it too ,so useless.Very disappointed.

Every time I order a specific fuggler, it gets changed on the listing to a different one making it look as if I ordered a different one than the specific one that I ordered therefore the wrong one arrives. It has happened 3x now, I have screenshots where I placed the order for a specific one and the same order number will switch to one I didn't order just prior to shipping. %26 no it's not a delivery being substituted, it's a shipping order and the company themselves change the listing online instead of putting out of stock and making a new listing.

I'm sure the product is great but i ordered the calico cat and was sent the golden retriever without any mention of it being switched, now im going to have to return it, very weird how you don't update or mention that it's going to be totally different than the one i ordered

I ordered the cat Fugly four times and all four times I've had to cancel two of them and received two dogs instead of the cat. Absolutely ridiculous that no one can contact me to let me know. They don't have it in stock and automatically change my order to whatever they wanted.. I'm so disappointed!!!!

This is not the item I ordered, I ordered 2 calico cats and was sub'd 2 different dogs instead. These were gifts for twins. If you know anything about twins… there's a reason I ordered 2 of the same as well as I ordered cats. The little girls that were supposed to get them do not like dogs.

Fuggler wasn't in stock even though it was when I ordered it, online says “on sale” but instore that is the normal price, did not receive the one I ordered and was not contacted to let me know even though I opted to not get a replacement item!!!!

I ordered the same one twice (purple cat and calico cat),, and got the wrong one both times. 40$ wasted on the wrong present because I can't easily do a return.

Arrived with box opened, all 3 box seals had been removed (obvious from box damage due to peeling tape seals off. The Fuggler was dirty! ! ! Obviously used, either in store or return. Definitely not new.
