Wrong item
I received the wrong item. Instead of the Care Bear Fuggler, I received a Fuggler from the Hairy Fuggs collection.

Disappointed and now I am grumpy
I had been trying to order this one for weeks with cancelations until now. All to get a huge disappointment. This fuggler grumpy bear came extra grumpy and looked beyond ugly compared to what's pictured. It was lopsided, uneven limbs, under stuffed, and the ear fur sewn in. Genuinely the most deformed fuggler I had ever received in my two years of fuggler collecting. My daughter recently gotten the other care bear, I compared to show quality comparison. Unacceptable.
