Fujitsu ScanSnap S1300i Portable Color Duplex Scanner for PC and Mac

This is the best scanner and worth the money. I started with the Neat Desk which I found too difficult to use and took that back to office depot and purchased this one as Consumer Reports rated it #1. It is compact and folds out easily, it grabs the paper quickly and scans easily. I have a very small business but I still generate a lot of receipts and paperwork to take care of. This has made my life so much easier as it does business cards, receipts and paperwork. If you want something decent that works, give this a shot! I love mine!

Scans both sides at once, simple feed system. Turns on when you open the feed lid. Turns off when you close the feed lid. Exactly what I wanted and needed.

This product lives up to it's name. Its a great scanner and I would highly recommend it to anyone. The setup was easy. Scanning the documents in was very easy and I love that it scans in two sided. Perfect addition to your home or business office.

I've had it for a week. It's fast and works great. Haven't had time to put it through all the paces but so far I'm very happy. Price is steep but I bought it on recommendations so I expect it to be great overall.

I purchased one of these a few years ago and just loved it. A few weeks ago I had finally wore it out and wanted another one just like it. Found this one on Wal Mart's website for less money than anyone else. Ordered it and in a week it was here. Hooked it up and loaded on both my Mac and Windows machines. I had used the old one on WIndows machines only as I did not have a Mac at the time. I found that the Mac OS is by far the easiest way to scan and save or do whatever you want to do with your scans. One difference I noticed in this scanner versus the old one is that this one has a power adapter that you plug into the wall where as the old one used USB power only to operate the scanner. I used to have occasional problems with the old one and always believed it was caused by low power going into the scanner from the USB port. This new one does not have that issue at all. In 3-5 you have a scan ready to do whatever you want to do with it. If you are looking for an excellent scanner with 2 sided scanning capability in one pass, then you can't go wrong with this scanner. It is a great product and getting it through Wal Mart you get it at the best price anywhere. The delivery service was perfect too, just as all of my Wal Mart online purchase deliveries have been. Get this machine and get it at Wal Mart.

Only downside is the paper feed tends to jam if scanning in large receipts.

Setup was quick and easy: load software and connect scanner. The scanner takes up very little space. I love how it scans both sides of my document at a time. The application allows you to easily print it, mail it or save it as a document or photo.

I had a Fujitsu 1500 at work and purchased the 1300 for home. Didn't realize how much slower it would be. Very easy to use and scans directly to Evernote where I like to store my documents.

This unit packs small and works like a large office unit. 2 weeks in and I'm very pleased. My business partner ordered one for himself.
