For the price it is great . My two sons share a room and one is 6'6” and the other is 5'3” . The bed fit them both, plus had extra space leftover for them to be comfortable. Plus the weight limit of 600lbs was a deal maker for me. This was one of the few bunk beds that had a queen top and king bottom, so they can still grow and not have to be switched out for a couple of years! The bed was sturdy enough and a good design as well. I loved it had no wood slats and my adult sized son can sleep on it. Cons were the ladder is too small and should be separated from actual bed and assembly was a bit tedious. Hack %231 prep the assembly before hand by alphabetical order and numerical order. Hack %232 get full size tools even though ( it comes with minis). Tip %231 give yourself time and space. Tip %232 you will need two people to put the bed together after you assemble each separate section/piece. Tip %233 read over the manual a couple of times to familiarize your self with the setup and tools. Tip %234 lastly once all assembled go back and make sure all screws are tightened and secured. No hardware in box. Drove up to our cabin early this morning so we could assemble it for our holiday weekend. But no hardware in the box.
