I chopped up some cabbage mushrooms shrimp then through the cauliflower and broccoli in there with some wild grain rice, about 15 different people wanted to know how I made that dish. very very pleased.
if you're on a keto diet, this is a great rice alternative. I eat it almost daily. good nutrition. minimal calories while being filling. a bit pricey per pouch but I feel it's worth it.
Texture is as close to real rice as you can get and it tastes quite good. You can mix with chili if you drain the excess water
I'm not a cauliflower girl, but need more fiber and greens in my diet. This product adds both and I just stir it into my soup or sauce. It's perfect for this.
Wasn't paying attention when I ordered this, I thought it would be frozen, but it's not. You can definitely tell by how mushy it is compared to frozen.
HORRIBLE! I thought it would be a frozen item; instead it was packaged fresh needing no refrigeration. I LOVE cauliflower and broccoli and saurkraut. This smell and tasted like the worst saurkraut. It ruined my meal as I used it as a base instead of rice. Meal was tossed. Terrible.
While the concept is great, this product doesn't live up to the hype. The smell of this shelf-stable riced cauliflower %26 broccoli is terrible! It smells like rotten fish!
was hoping this would be a replacement for the big name brand. the smell when you open the bag is totally unappetizing. I can get past the fact that's it's cubed instead of "riced." but it was pretty gross all the way around.
like soft rice texture i mixed it with sweat peas bc like i just cant its very cauliflowery if that makes sense i mean if you like these veggies alot then may be for you just it isn't for me dieting can be hard lol
I'll start by saying that cauliflower rice is still something I'm learning to like. I've tried four or five brands now, and unfortunately, this one has stood out as the worst. My husband is usually someone who will power through the rough side veggie, but this was kicked straight to the curb! I tried adding some seasoning, and it didn't help even a little bit. I chose to microwave this packet and not use a skillet. Maybe throwing it in the skillet would help. I have no idea, and I won't, because I won't buy this brand again. Good luck and Godspeed.
