i have followed a keto style diet for some time. this is a must have staple as it adds fiber and nutrients to a meal with minimal calories or carbs. the perfect rice substitute as a whole packet can be pretty filling with no guilt. price is great compared to other brands, while frozen options are cheaper and equally as good.
I love these! I eat these as a rice replacement. Less calories and no salt added! They are quick and easy to prepare in the microwave!
Great substitute for rice.
Had a slight unpleasant taste
I was excited to get this and try it. I wanted to pair it with my salmon. It's easy to cook, microwave as it's a shelf stable pouch. The taste was bland, the cauliflower was on the soft side, I followed the microwave instructions exactly. It maybe just me others may enjoy this I prefer froze n or fresh and make my own cauliflower rice. Unfortunately I bought two packs. I'll donate the other bag to the senior food closet. I know there are some seniors who may like softer food.
I opened the item at the top as instructed for cooking and was overwhelmed with the smell of rot, the contents were brown not white. Disgusting! I immediately threw in the outside trash and it took forever to get the smell out of my kitchen. When I tried to apply for a refund Walmart wanted me to return the item to the store. Needless to say I chose to leave the item in the trash where it belonged. Bad experience with the product only made worse by Walmart.
was hoping this would be a replacement for the big name brand. the smell when you open the bag is totally unappetizing. I can get past the fact that's it's cubed instead of "riced." but it was pretty gross all the way around.
Very mushy, and comes with a weird taste. Do not recommend. It's very different from frozen riced cauliflower. It's not a good substitute for frozen riced cauliflower.
This was horrible tasting %26 texture was mushy. Not at all like a rice substitute that I was hoping for.
Looks slimy, yellow and brown I think expiration date is October 2025
