Great Hei Hei Costume.
Great costume for pretty much anyone. The only issue I had with it is how to attach the tail part. Need to wear pants with a belt loop to attach the tail but other than that it's great. Exactly what was to be expected.

Cute costume, but the headband is an awkward size, too big for children and too small for adults

Cute idea but poor design
The headband is cute but the feathers/tail should be a waistband. It just has a loop to connect over something but it will not lay flat and just flops around. Poor design. Not worth the price.

What I received looks like a roadkill version of Hei-Hei. I cannot recommend.
