Cute but cheaply made
Have to put together yourself. They rip as you try to put them together. Cute but would pay a little more for better quality. Most ended up in garbage.

Awful party hats
These hats were TINY and so cheaply made that they ripped when trying to put them together. They come flat and you have to make them into a cylinder, which is no big deal. But the tabs rip when you try to put them in the slots. So we tried taping them together, but they looked so stupid on the heads of adults because they were so small.

Buyer beware
The hats are unassembled, too small for a child and poorly constructed. Wouldn't take them if they gave them away. Very disappointing.

waste of money
So cheap they kept ripping while trying to assemble them. Not one hat would stay ...had to throw them out. Dont waste your money on these
