This particular hooded cape is thin and durable with no hassle tying. It works very well with face masks. I would recommend this to someone who is looking for simplicioty.

Decent costume cape but not the greatest
Good: Nice and long, good fit over the shoulders so the cape comes forward. Bad: somewhat sheer, odd odor— maybe from the cardboard in the packaging? It might wash out, but was very noticeable.
