The Feelin Groovy Dress was perfect for my party. The dress run small and is not a plus size dress. I wear a size misses 14 and it fit perfect. So if your a true size 16w-20w the dress will not fit.

Cute costume Dress
This dress is such a cute pattern. It's costume quality material, but just fine as a costume. The sleeves are extra long and wide at the ends.

Not for plus size
The description says fits sizes 16W-20W. I am a solid size 16 regular and this did not even come close to fitting me. Because I needed it for an event and did not have time to find/purchase something else, I had to do some major stretching in as much as it would let me but still needed to wear Spanx. I would not suggest this if you are plus size.
