Very realistic!
I was extremely skeptical of this product, but for four bucks, I decided to take a chance. I was very pleased with the results. My halloween costume was very gory, so I needed something realistic, and I was blown away. I used a dropper to apply it and make it look like it dripped down my face. I even had it in my hair, and all over my hand. It washed out very well, with a bit of scrubbing, after several hours of wear. I wish I could include a picture, it was amazing!

Stage blood
This stage blood looks great on camera! Very realistic texture and color. I used it for a photo shoot

Looks like blood, but depending on what material you are putting it on it looks watery. We used it for a costume party. It showed very well on white T-shirts.
