We purchased for our granddaughter. Once started assembling we realized it was going to be a challenge due to unclear instructions and images. Ie Step 4. First turn over the motor fixing device , remove the screw on the shock spring, and then fix it. Images could be better. Suggest that the WalMart import team review instructions to ensure clarity. We ended up finding a tube video that made it easier. Perhaps add a QR code with the product for elderly grandparents to be able to use. Our granddaughter loved it and hope it lasts.

The front bumper was bent you can see that in the first picture. It's a nice lil jeep but it doesn't do well on grass. The hood latches are crap. My grandson however loves it but for the money I would think it would be a lil nicer and of course go better on grass.

We(Husband and myself) bought this 12.17.2025 off the Walmart website and recieved it 12.20.2025. at the Time thought it was a great deal we went to put it together 12.23-24.2025 to find out ots MISSING its 30 different screws %26 4 washers. we double checked all the bags all the box everything! Needless to say we have been cussing this thing for 3 days because we have had to try to find a place open in our town and try to find these specific size screws with no available. Got desperate and stripping his 12v down for it to be done for his birthday and Xmas.

Item arrived with three wheels. Tried reaching out to the seller multiple times as this was my daughter's (3 years old) Christmas gift and I never got a response. Even tried asking them to just send me a wheel. Literally unusable and now I'm out $200 and have to figure out an alternative last minute gift.

We got this car delivered on 9/15/25 and it's been under out carport out of the weather since. It's now 11/4/25 and it won't work. It turns on but won't move. Super cheaply made. I'm extremely unhappy as I'm still making payments on this and my daughter only got to play with her birthday present for a month.

The car overall is fun for kids. I bought this for my grandkids. One of the headlights did not work. I had some problems dealing with Walmart %26 there buyers to replace or correct the problem. I sent many pictures to show what was not working. I'm still waiting fir replacement parts. They could of done better %26 back up there customers.

I just opened the ride on vehicle that I purchased for my four year-old for Christmas attempting to put it together after I got back from out of town for the holiday and there is only three tires packed inside the box I need the other tire in order to put the truck together. This is an inconvenience for me.

This is a two person job to put together and the instructions aren't very clear. It will start shutting off after about a 15 second ride and gets so aggravating that you can't even enjoy riding. Not what you would expect out of such an expensive toy.

Product had been previously returned. Items missing and directions are terrible. Wrong screws in package they say use the flat screws and there aren't any. Very poor quality. Car hood already is broken and latch broken. Poor quality light weight material. Very disappointed. My gt grandson is coming from Alaska and now he won't have truck I promised. Celia

After using maybe a handful of times and storing the jeep in the dry garage for the winter it will no longer run. Customer service has instructed me to replace the battery. However, there are two of them and would be the amount of a new jeep. Very frustrating given the short life of the purchase!
