This 10ft patio umbrella will definitely do its job %26 cover any sitting area you need to. I actually got it delivered today around noon but I was so excited to open it that it’s already assembled %26 placed outside! Quite literally a 5-10min assembly for this patio umbrella VERY simple to put together by yourself %26 explain since it’s just bolting the 2 bottom pieces that overlay each other to the umbrellas base ‘pillar.’ After bolting those together you stick the end of your umbrellas ‘body’ frame to that same bottom ‘pillar.’ The crack that’s on the ‘triangle’ section of the umbrella turns smoothly %26 also makes that ‘click clack’ noise so you know if it’s being messed with especially if you do have kids really of any age that could possibly cause harm to them. The sound of it isn’t that loud annoying ‘click clack’ noise either which I do like. Before you piece together the umbrellas arm to the base pillar you’ll need to wind up the thick thread line so it doesn’t get pinched In-between the metal or cause any tearing of the line in general. Once you do that you’re pretty much done with the assembly of the patio umbrella besides adjusting it to where you want to put it. I did a little jiggle shake to the whole thing just to make sure it was all settled into place fully %26 tightened the bolts on the base for extra reassurance. Once you have it placed where you want it all you do is simple crack it open %26 it’s wider looking underneath it yet that’s probably because I’m only 5’ tall lol. I could put the umbrella together without any help, I also followed the instructions about shaking the body’s arm so it didn’t mess it up while opening up the umbrellas cover for the first time outside. The material for the umbrella also feels really nice almost slick feeling. I did also discover that it has a Velcro tie on it to keep the umbrella closed if need be, love that! The manual does tell you how to clean the material if something gets on it or simple spot cleanings if needed. All the parts of this umbrella are a thick metal %26 I think has a great weight to it all put together. I would maybe suggest putting weighted bags on the base in case you have high winds or quick gusts of wind happening to keep it from getting knocked over, I’m a better safe than sorry kind of person cause ya never know what could happen on a windy day. Overall, I’m more than happy with my patio umbrella %26 love the feel of the material, the smoothness of the crack %26 its weight after assembled. I’m definitely investing in another one with my person money because then I can actually get it in a different color %26 there’s so many to choose from!!

absolutely love that it was really easy to assemble. Husband and I did it together in less than 10 mins. It shipped really fast too. Looks great and provides a lot of shade here in the valley of the sun, Arizona. The neutral beige color goes so well with our deco. One thing I didn't think of is needing to secure it with a weight bag at the bottom in case the wind picks up, but it's not something that can't be done quickly. Sandbags are easily accessible for if needed. Over all would recommend.

The umbrella is sturdy and easy to operate. The instructions are simple as is the assembly. This next point is not a criticism, just an observation….you cannot swivel the unit while the umbrella is extended, only when the arm is retracted and the umbrella cloed. I mention it because it is not in the instructions and I suppose many customers would do as I did and try to swivel it while it is fully extended. I did not buy the weighted base, I used concrete pavers (18”x18”….8 pavers @ 38 lbs ea) and the umbrella is securely grounded. Additionally, The locking mechanism and the extend/retract lever both operate smoothly. If I decided to buy another one, I would purchase the same one without hesitation.

Amazing!! Actually unbelievable for the price. I tried one twice the price from Target and this one puts that one to shame! The color is stunning - matches the pictures. Very nicely packed with all the tools and instructions you need. We did use a different sand filled base. The umbrella itself is very easy and smooth to open and close. Cannot recommend this umbrella enough!!

Pros: relatively easy to put up, beautiful navy color, and offers a lot of shade. Cons: the legs needed weight reinforcement in high winds,so i have added a patio umbrella weight. This is a great budget friendly patio umbrella that doesn't require a table or whole set to use.

Very happy with this umbrella so far. It was straightforward to assemble and the cantilever design gives a lot more usable space underneath compared to a regular patio umbrella. Provides great shade coverage and looks much more expensive than it is. The fabric color looks nice outside and the frame feels sturdy once weighted properly. Perfect for relaxing on the patio or covering outdoor seating. Great value for the price.

Super happy with this umbrella! It looks really sleek and modern on my patio and gives great shade without taking up a ton of space. The cantilever design is perfect because it doesn’t block the seating area like a regular umbrella would. It was pretty easy to put together, and the quality feels solid for the price. I also like that it’s adjustable so I can move it as the sun shifts. Definitely recommend adding some weight to the base for stability, especially on windy days. Overall, great value and makes my outdoor space look so much nicer!

This umbrella was super easy to set up. The design is very sleek and the fact that it can tilt helps to cover the area you want depending on where the sun is. I have it currently set up with no base and it seems to work fine but will definitely need to purchase a base or secure so it won't get damaged with the wind. It would be nice if it was possible to also turn the umbrella to maximize the use but it works great for what it is. It cranks easy to open and close.

For the price this is a decent umbrella. I read all the reviews and no one said that you need to weight the umbrella base with at least 100 pounds. The base is not sturdy at all. But when weighted it is actually pretty good. Easy to put up and down. Interested to see how many years it will last.

The umbrella itself is fine but the picture is deceiving and if you aren't reading the entire description of the listing you'll miss, like I did, that the base is not included. So I'm not giving a bad review on the item itself. Just on advertising that is deceiving.
