Seriously stupid shipping method
You shipped a Funko Pop in a bag...well to no ones surprise it was crushed and mostly destroyed...completely stupid way to ship this. Returning this for sure...but if I want another I guess it will be a crap shoot as to whether it is shipped with care. In contrast you shipped a plush stuffed animal in a box with bubble wrap for protection..had these items been shipped the opposite way this would not have happened. Serious disappointment. The pictures show it as it came out of the bag ...delivered 30 minutes ago. Critical thinking has left the building.
