This is my 4th pair of Sketchers slip on. I love them all. However, this one didn't slip on well at all. The opening is too small and I have to untie the shoes to get them on. Very disappointed. I need to exchange/return them. How do I do that? Thank you!

Gave it three stars only because the contents are still good. But fortunately this was not a gift because it arrived damaged. Concerning, considering the box was very thick. This leads me to believe that Walmart employee shipped me a damaged item.

These shoes are not sized right. I had to return and order a size bigger and they still aren't right

Purchased these "slip ins" for my wife. Bought me a pair and her a pair but says 'No bend' 'Slip ins'. I thought slip ins were no tie? The pictures did not show the laces out or anything, it looked like no tie shoes in the pictures!!! I'm frustrated and now afraid to order another pair for her. We are still looking for shoes for her and having to return these but how can I know if I am buying the right item if the pictures and descriptions of the shoes tell me they are 'slip ins' when they are not.
