Very nice shoes
This is my 4th pair of Sketchers slip on. I love them all. However, this one didn't slip on well at all. The opening is too small and I have to untie the shoes to get them on. Very disappointed. I need to exchange/return them. How do I do that? Thank you!

NOT SLIP ONS
Ordered these "slip on" shoes only to receive shoes with tie up laces. Picture does not show this, picture looks like slip ons. Going back now to read the small description it does say "adjustable laces". Extremely misleading and picture and description contradict each other.

Not Slip ins
Purchased these "slip ins" for my wife. Bought me a pair and her a pair but says 'No bend' 'Slip ins'. I thought slip ins were no tie? The pictures did not show the laces out or anything, it looked like no tie shoes in the pictures!!! I'm frustrated and now afraid to order another pair for her. We are still looking for shoes for her and having to return these but how can I know if I am buying the right item if the pictures and descriptions of the shoes tell me they are 'slip ins' when they are not.

Disappointed, these were nor slip ons. Had shoe laces.
A first pair of Stretchers, slip-ons great. Disappointed to discover these Bob shoes have shoelaces.
