Funko POP! Marvel: Max Venom - Spider-Man - Walmart Exclusive

This is an especially awesome exclusive and both the box and item were in great condition. I ordered it for pickup and I'm not always sure that will turn out well, but this one was handled with care it seems

The item was packaged and shipped with care and arrived in pristine condition. The advertised item was not misleading. A very pleased customer.

I went into my local Walmart today and was surprised that they had this Spiderman exclusive amongst others. It's awesome Pop. The only negative I have for Walmart is they let third party vendors buy these Pops from them and then they use Walmarts website and Mark them up to a ridiculous price of $39.99.

The figure was awesome but the packaging was in an envelope instead of a box so the item came in crushed. I tried with the site to store option and the same thing happend again. Not trying for a third.

Cancelled on me and upped the price

They canceled my Funko, but it's now listed at a higher price haha such unfair.

My items were shipped to the Walmart store in a bag with no protection when I opened the bag at the counter both items were smashed so bad you would think they would take proper shipping process especially when it has a big fat Walmart exclusive only sticker on it and the employees at the counter had the nerve to say well is this a collectible and I said yes and I am returning it so they said but it's only $9 it doesn't matter what the item costs if you pay for any item regardless off costs you wouldn't want it shipped to you smashed or broken so now I will probably not be able to get these items now cause there exclusive

First item came, box destroyed. Walmart let me keep the destroyed item and put in for another at no charge. Second item came, in EVEN WORSE condition. Shipping service for pops is complete trash. Only giving One Star because the first return was easy to do and cost me nothing. Never using this service again.

I picked up my funko pop in stores hoping to avoid a damaged collectible by having it delivered. I got home and opened the box to find my item damaged. It was torn. I am a in box collector and find it very frustrating that whoever packaged the item didn't care that that a paying customer was going to receive it damaged.

My issues isn't the item it's self but how Walmart handles shipping. I understand they ship third party. But I had to get this item replaced twice and both times I got that item damaged. And after that they told me there was nothing they can do but refund my money and give me a discount for online shopping with them. Smh I will not be using that cause I will not be shopping online with Walmart ever again.
