Funko Pop! Moment Deluxe: Run-D.M.C. Vinyl Figures (2022 Limited Edition Walmart Exclusive)

I love this FUNKO RUN DMC IN CONCERT! It's well made and has everything you'd expect to see if they were live and onstage at an outdoor concert. Lights, huge speakers and their logo blazing. Everything is right there! Can be hung on the wall too. I collect Pops of various sizes, but when I ordered this from the Walmart website, I didn't expect it to be so large! It's 19"x13" which makes sense considering all that this Pop exclusive contains. Because of its size I had to find a special spot for it since I don't display my Pops on my wall. Worth the price and I highly recommend it.

Order shipped quickly and product was packaged very well. I was afraid the box might get damaged during shipment but enough bubble packaging was used so the actual display box was in pristine condition! This is a gift for the hubs and is a collector item for display only.

I have zero complaints. I expected issues of any sort, if I'm honest but there were none. As a collector I expected someone would send terrible boxes that were on the shelf but that was not the case. This box was in mint condition. It arrived on time. As for the item itself, it is a wonderful diorama and worth every penny!

This is an excellent concept from funko, happy to be adding this to my collection. I can't stop looking at it. It's so amazing how they created my favorite group on stage. I highly recommend adding this to your collection.

I received this and the Metallica one today THANKFULLY undamaged. If I had known it would go to the store, get bagged, thrown on a truck and delivered like that, I would have set up store pickup. Product is awesome and it's only a four star because of poor packaging on delivery.

i bought this funko "run-dmc in concert" because it was a good price and was going to make an awesome gift. but received it late, and by regular mail. the box was damaged, opened it up, and the product was lightly packed against one side of the box. not in the middle. the product had a "crinkle" in the corner of the box. pulled it out of the box, and sure enough that corner was busted with plastic pieces out of it. its wrapped in tight plastic, so not sure what its going to look like if it gets unwrapped, with the pieces falling off. and along with that, the funko figure "run" was knocked off of where it was originally stuck and mounted on the stage. sending these types of things by regular mail just is not the way to ship them. i sent " ingram entertainment inc." who is selling and shipping through walmart.com a message. so we will see how that turns out.

This item was poorly packed and arrived damaged. The seller explained that I could correct the head being sideways with using a screwdriver, but the screw only would spin and that the cops head position. I could not correct but seller still refused to allow a return. Walmart eventually refunded me. Terrible customers service by seller.

Do Not Buy form this seller!!! Item was never even shipped !!! then while in waiting for it to get delivered and after call Walmart several times all the sudden i get a refund. I didnt ask for a refund I want the item i waited weeks for. Terrible customer service.

These two items originally shipped without any packaging, they arrived damaged and with shipping stickers all over them. These were a limited release RUN DMC Funko Pop (Walmart only) item to be a collectors item and a gift, I ordered two. After calling customer service, I was instructed to retune to Fed Ex and that local stores have 3 remaining. Though, customer service was able to get two more into my online cart to repurchase them and said they would be packaged correctly since they will be coming from a warehouse rather than the store like the first two. So I head to Fed Ex and they charge $13.50 to box these two for shipping, so I called CS back and was suggested returning them to the store to save my money would be best. While there, I decided to see if they had any of the 3 available items, I asked 3 people who were annoyed I was disrupting their leaning on a counter, each said they never heard of it even when I showed the online store says they are here. “Well if you don't see it we don't have it then.” Not one person helped me look nor looked in the system, the 4th person was a manager that informed me they are a phase two release for the next day. So the 3 are in the back but won't hit the floor until 6am. That's fine, it would have been nice to know that with my first inquiry or even with customer service. Well, the next day I get the two new ones that were thrown into a bag this time. Both were again damaged from being knocked around in an oversized bag during shipping. These are now out of stock everywhere until a tentative release date after Christmas so I'm stuck with the damaged packages unless return them but since they are sold out I'm torn, so to speak. I call customer service back was offered an adjustment on the price, which I accepted, however she never sent the confirmation email of the adjustment nor have I received the adjustment, so I now have to call back to start this process all over again. Needless to say, I'll stick with Amazon from now on, this was such a hassle for two items. Putting them in a box wouldn't have been that difficult regardless of the items. Zero integrity on shipping safely. I didn't think to take photos because I thought this was an isolated thing and would have been resolved quickly. I definitely should have.

Because it was damaged. It was sent through regular mail and box was smushed, and dented. It was packed very lightly, so the item inside could move around. As well it was packed on one side against the wall of the box. Not in the center of the box. So when it got dropped (I'm assuming by the look of the box) on its corner. It damaged my item inside. Along with the damage, I know it got dropped because a piece got broken loose from its spot/location in my item I purchased.
