Shipping abuse/poor packaging
Price was great. Shipped to nearby store so that was good. Opened it to find that the item had been packaged without any protection (packing peanut, little air bags etc.) And had been jostled around so hard that the item packaging was open and the figures were loose. This was not to much of a big deal until I picked up the dewback and his head fell off.

Not packaged well, there were broken items in the box.

Expectation was not met.
Received box in a horrible condition. Figures looked like it was taken out and placed back in. Not worth buying at listed price for condition it was delivered.
