I liked the fact that Walmart was releasing an Exclusive! of one of my favorite characters from my favorite shows. I had been anticipating the arrival of this Pop like boy waiting for his dragon. Then once I was so full of excitement and joy, it's like I was sliced with Targaryen steel right in the heart when I seen the damage to my queen as there was nothing I could do to repair her broken body (box) or my broken heart. Thanks alot Walmart...season 1: House of the Dragon is done and now so too: my joy and soul.

Looks like everyone else mine came in a damaged box. At least the Pop is intact. Ironic that it came with a protector. Apparently it needed protecting. I too was very excited and waited. I didn't actually want the protector but paid extra for the Pop! Do better Walmart!

I will never do business with this company again!! I waited 4 months for this pop and they show no care in packing the pop. There was no bubble wrap nothing…. Soft shipping box if you see Funko on bottom of shipping box why not pack it better… shoppers beware I'm so disappointed now I have to buy from a third party and pay double or more!! I had no choice to leave one star but I really mean no stars. Walmart doesn't care …. You lost a customer and I will make sure everyone I know hears about there sloppy packing and be very careful buying from them …. I am a in box collector such a shame. Ok done ranting

Pop box was intact but the box protector came cracked from the bottom which is ironic. Wish we were given the choice to not get the “protector” to not have to pay extra for it because I didn't even want it to begin with AND it arrived damaged anyway...the pop itself came with a paint stain on her cheek which sucks because I can't exchange it since its sold out. The “diamond” sticker is almost faded out too.

Ordered this 6 months ago, and today it was finally delivered - with rips, tears, creases and otherwise in the worst shape I've seen a pop. Alongside the damaged pop, packaged separately, came a perfectly fine pop protector. The irony.

It was beautiful but arrived damaged which is ironic because it comes with a protector.
