Funko POP! TV: Stranger Things - Eddie Limited Edition

I bought it and knew it wasn’t authentic, but I’d rather spend $20 than $200 for my personal collection. The figure itself is actually pretty close to the real deal — although not quite as heavy. The details are clean and it’s a pretty convincing look. That being said, they shipped it in a box that was just bigger than the figure box and it looks like somebody hit it with a delivery truck. I don’t mind taking him out of the figure box, but that was not a favorable outcome. Figure is unharmed, thankfully, but would’ve liked to have one in a regular box. Oh well.

Please do not buy this. This is counterfeit. I will be contacting Walmart after posting this. I’ve attached photos for reference.. The first 3 photos are the pop I received and the last 3 are photos of what the real deal looks like. The guitar should have more detail and the silver area should look like “strings”. The black sleeves should have leather jacket sleeve details. His blue vest should be more detailed to show his pockets, the ones on this are barely noticeable. The rips in his pants are just silver paint and have no detail to them. The “rings” on his fingers is literally just a line of silver paint. His chain that hangs from his pants has zero detail and is dull. The paint on his clothing all together is very dull. The real funko paint is a bit more shiny. I also think his hair is darker on the real funko pop. It still looks cool, but it’s definitely a fake. If it doesn’t matter to you, it’s an alright funko pop anyway. Just be warned, they ship it in a bag so your box will have no chance. I’m really devastated. I’ve been trying to buy him for months and really thought I had finally got him. Shame on Walmart for allowing these companies to sell counterfeits.

I bought the Eddie Munson Funko Pop figure they had listed for sale. The item arrived in a plastic bag style envelope and was wrapped in a single layer of bubble wrap inside that. The box and plastic insert were squished, and the bottom of the box shows damage as well. As for the Funko itself, it appears to be a bootleg. The hair is light brown not dark brown, the crackle detail on the guitar is wrong, there is no strings detailing on the neck, the knees are painted grey and there is no 'ripped' fabric detail, and the shoes are a pale yellowish brown not the pure white they should be. The shoes being the wrong color does not show up in the pictures below, but the other details that indicate a fake item do show up really well. DO NOT BUY THESE FIGURES FROM ANY VENDOR ON THIS WEBSITE.

As it is the real item and not a fake, it was shipped in a cheap plastic bubble wrap lined bag, it came EXTREMELY damaged and the bottom was even open and the plastic holding the figure was warped. I never intended on reselling this and keeping it for myself but it could have at least been shipped in a cardboard box. you’re lucky that my damage is mainly only on the bottom where it was opened and putting him in a protective case hides the damage, but all sides of this figure on the box are dented in and warped. because it was already opened on the bottom I took it out of the box and blow dried the plastic to a normal looking form. I am upset and disappointed in the packaging which caused the damage, but at least he looks undamaged in a protective case, and for $30 it was too good to be true but it is a real funko and not a rip off.

This item is a fake!!!!!! Do not buy from this seller!!!!! I returned my item, but not after receiving multiple emails from the seller at all hours of the night to delete my dispute. I didn't do anything wrong, this seller did. Walmart refunded me. Don't fall for this bad trick, if I could give zero or minus negative stars, I would!!!!

It arrived in a nice box with a box cover. However, it is 100% counterfeit. The paint is off, guitar strings are not painted. etc. My daughter loves it because she is not a collector. It's an Ok counterfeit. So if you're not a collector then I guess it's fine but just don't pay more than fifteen to twenty dollars. However, they are advertising it as authentic so it should be pulled.

I knew this deal at $29 each was too good to be true. Received (as pictured) both Eddie Funkos shipped in a bubble mailer with NO protection and NO cushioning. Both were damaged, of course. In addition, I have 1 authentic one of Eddie purchased from a reputable and reliable online retailer. I compared the two. These appear to be not authentic. The funko box seems to be reproduced. The color quality is faded. Thank goodness for a return policy with Wal-Mart. I took a chance and lost. Buyer beware on this seller. Will not take any more chances in 3rd party sellers for Funkos on here. Will pay more from a trusted and reliable retailer vs 3rd party sellers. Am highly disappointed!

The box is destroyed. Only protection it has was a bubble wrap, came in bag instead of a box. Funko itself is fine but the funko box is completely destroyed. Please deliver these in boxes instead of a shipping bag. I posted a picture of the shipping bag it came in.

Destroyed boxes upon arriving! Please look at the pictures. Funko pops arrived in poor mailer… no protection and boxes are ruined…..can’t use a Christmas presents.

If I could give negatives stars, I would. These pops are fake, this person shipped these pops in a bubble mailer. Completely destroyed. These pops aren't real, either they created them or they bought them from another fake dealer. They're con artists trying to trick people
