Excellent customer service
I purchased this set for my grandchildren for Christmas. It was short some of the necessary pieces to complete the projects in the included instruction booklet. I contacted the company and they promptly sent all the missing pieces. The kids and adults love the Funphix set. I expect we will be adding to it as they learn to make more complicated structures.
