Great toy
It looks exactly as pictured. One downside is it comes with two shifters one does the hook up and down but the other does the same noise as pressing the button on the side. My 3yr old loves it either way and plays with it very often. Had it for several months now and nothing has broken. Definitely recommend if your child is looking for a working tow truck

It's a Christmas present so the real rating(s) will come after my son opens %26 plays with it. Fir now, I am satisfied with my purchase

string broke and button pully system broke

Cute but ended up in repair shop
The tow string was apparently wrapped around the tow pulley so it jammed %26 broke the first time it was used.

Do not recommend
The tow truck is poorly designed. The string got stuck on the first use. It gets jammed inside and the truck has to be taken apart and the next time it's used the same thing happens again. I would not recommend this toy.

Winch always stops working
This tow truck looks great and works at first, but then it always breaks (winch stops working). We returned/replaced the item 3 times and it broke each time

Nice but didn't work
Replaced batteries as soon as I got it after turning it on and didn't work. Wasn't thr batteries. Just didn't work. Nice size for the money but sadly can't use any functions. Walmart refunded

Two mechanism breaks easily.
This tow truck broke after first use twice. Also, I decided to let him keep playing with it even after it broke and pebbles can get inside it
