Fun toy for a very small dog

Company sent cheap plasti toy instead of Monkey
Company (third party seller through Walmart) sent some cheap monkey toy instead of the monkey sing-a-ma-ling. I emailed and tried to call to get the right product but never received a response. Would not refund until cheap monkey toy was returned to a Walmart which requires printing a label and going into a store to scan, huge hassle. Never offer to send correct product.
