goat a great deal on sale. one issue is 2 of the connectors for the frame are defective and dont click into place so i used a couple of tow straps to hold securely till i can get replacemnts. the skimmer feature is nice and i just drop a 3 inch chlorine tablet in skimmer to dispurse. all in all we love it and have recommended to all my friens and co workers. great "starter pool"!
good size, pool material seems ok. ladder is very unstable so have to be very careful. setup wasnt too terrible. the cover is absolute garbage. you will have to get tarp clips to hold it on, and even then you're better off getting an actual tarp. in order to smooth out the bottom you have to climb in after putting an inch of water in it.
Paid $130 for this pool when it was on sale last year, 2024. We set it up this year, and it is a good pool for that price but I would not pay more because it is a very bad design on the filter inlet area. The inlet is way to high, it should be a couple feet down, not at the water level, but is the same height as the outlet. The original filter it comes with is okay but will not be enough. We hooked up our sand filter to it, but that was a struggle because of the original inlet design. It is like a skimmer and filter in one. So if you can get the pool for less then $200 it is good, but I would not pay more.
It has not arrived! It was delayed but I have no idea where it is. I've reached out about it and haven't heard anything back.
i never received this item. i contacted walmart multiple times about not recieveing this item and each time i was told someone would reach out from customer service and fix it. no one ever reached out so i called back again and i was told i needed to dispute it with my credit card company. even though i did not use a credit card thats what they kept insisting on me doing and i did end up disputing it since walmart was zero help. the dispute came back denied so wasted 250$ on a pool i dont even have and still havent got a refund. very frustrating especially when you spend hundreds of dollars on something and then dont get it and then walmart wont even help its customers. whats crazy is right before i wrote this review i checked a few other reviews that werent up when i made the purchase, are saying the same thing. they never received the item and walmart wont refund or help.
Do NOT buy this pool!!! I have been fighting with the company for months! First liner split at the seam, second liner (warrantied) came with a hole in the bottom. So the company sent a patch kit and it held. Than it split AGAIN at the seam. Now currently fighting with the supervisors to get my money back! This pool is cheap and not worth your money!!
Purchased this pool back in March of this year. Have had it up for less than 6 months and the valve by the intake is leaking terribly. It is draining my pool and not able to do it's job. I feel that the product uses a defective piece and I have not seen a way to get a free replacement part in order to fix the issue. Unfortunately, the item return window has closed as well.
We bought this pool for our young children in October on sale; obviously we didn't take it out and put it up until it was warm enough to do so this year. We put it up, and started to fill it, only to find out then that where the drain is on the bottom, it is torn. We haven't even used it. I'll end up buying a different pool now so that my kids don't stay upset, and I know it's on us for not putting it up for a while (like I said, it was bought on sale months ago, so definitely out of the return window), but it's still frustrating. We also can't find the replacement part anywhere.
the pool itself is fine ,,was a great price ,,the pump i would say no ..put it up the beginning of june ,,and now its 11 days into july and my pump quit working ... very frustrated ,,and another one is about as much as the pool itself ! not sure if i would recommend
The pump worked for maybe a week before going out. When I contacted Walmart to try to get the replacement part they said they the best they could do was a return. How on earth does a company send you a pool with faulty equipment and then expect you to drain, disassemble, and repackage an entire pool.
