As I was trying to fill out the information to be able to make this review the pool I have doesn't pop up my pool I bought last year is a quickset designer pool 16x42 it's a great pool my three kids and two nieces enjoyed mid summer that's when we bought it. However the water caps (2) that you need to change filters got thrown away during set up, I called the company they said they would do a one time courtesy as long as I pay the shipping, which is wonderful however, there is a part number that I cannot find to get it replaced.
It was a very easy pool to put up with a 2nd person it took us maybe 3 hours before we were filling it and it took one night to fill up on moderate pressure
This was the best purchase of the summer by far. My teenage kids are constantly having friends over in it.
This pool is the perfect size for a small family to relax. Love that it's such an efficient way to create our own backyard oasis
Great quality material, holds up well with 3 kids and 2 adults in it! Would highly recommend this to anyone!
The ground either has to be completely flat or at least flat around the edges. Slight depressions in the ground turn it into a hot dog shape. This was delivered by FedEx who managed to steal the cover and put other items from Amazon (which was on the same truck) into our cover box. When Walmart stops using FedEx things might improve. Still haven't had a successful resolution to the missing cover 2 months on. The pump is weak and be prepared to change the filter twice a week with light use. The hoses drip a little as they are made very cheaply. Probably best to buy an extra pump and fandangle the hoses to work. Once the pool is up then it is a reasonable splash on a hot day. Big enough for 2 adults to float with floaties. (Not the miniaturized family of 4 shown on the box). Honest advertising would be nice in today's world. By all means have the obligatory 1 of each race plus a redhead on the box but at least make them the correct size.
This pool has been really nice for my three small children and us two adults. The only thing that doesn't seem right is the main ring is leaking air at the seams. We have went over it a millions times and there's no holes anywhere but it's losing air. I have to fill it twice to maybe three times a day with air to keep it up. You may also want a few people to help straighten it out and even out the bottom when you go to set it up but other than that it's been a nice cool off the few weeks we've had it.
I would like to request a refund. This style pool does not keep the water in. It keeps draining out of the top of the pool cause the sides will not stay up. I spent a lot of money on this and its not working. This is so disappointing for us. I took photos.
kerp looking!! this isn't the pool for you, the pump is a big laugh. first thing if you would 5o buy this pool is throw away the pump after that the pool. i just wasted my money on this pool. unhappy customer
