Funsicle 18 ft Crystal Vue Oasis Designer Pool, Round Above Ground Frame Swimming Pool, Age 6 & up

Its a great pool very easy to assemble and we didn't have anything missing or pieces that didnt fit I do recommend having at least 3 or 4 other people to help if you need to move the pool

Easy and fast set up once your ground is ready. The pump could be a little bigger to get the skimmer to work better, but overall very happy with the pool.

This is our fourth pool. This pool is our favorite. The best thing about it is the built-in skimmer.

I'm retiring at the end of tge month and will have tge grandkids during the day while their parents work so I decided to buy a pool . it arrived on time and in good shape. I had to wait for weather to cooperate before we could put it up. took my 13 year old grandson and myself about 3 hours to put it together and start filling it up. 6 year old grand daughter couldn't wait shes playing in it now.

we love the pool but mine came with no instructions... but it was fairly easy to put up thank god for YouTube

put the pool up and it started draining around the drain plug after two days.Unable to fix it of course while its full of water so all the water leaked out very unhappy.

Had issues with the draining plug 2x. It was leaking, it got detached from the vinyl. Always having to change the filter out as well. Keeping chemicals in way too often even when my water readings say thier normal

I just bought this pool and the inside sttiching came undone. Came home from vaction this 4th of July weekend only to find my pool 3/4 empty.

would give 0 stars if could. i have never written a review before but i wanted people to know what could possibly happen. i ordered a pool from funsicle through wm app. when we were able to start putting pool together we realized there were no leg caps at all. cakes funsicle they said they can't do anything because it's wm fault. i called wm and they said it was funsicle fault. so after 90 on phone wm did they could give me 100 back to order the missing parts. ordered the parts paid extra for fed ex 2 day and received it 6 days later due to funsicle packaging time. got the pieces and tried again to put the pool together and realized there were 8 parts of the frame that were missing. went through the same thing got the same response, wm refunded another 100 to order the missing parts. couldn't find them online so called funsicle and all they said was e are out of stock on those, they go fast this time if year. so now have a pool that we can't use and cant return it to either place because it's already open. so after the refund from wm and reordering the first missing pieces we were out 350.00.

Took off of work to wait for delivery with no pay, to wait for delivery to find out that someone cancelled it , I have made countless phone calls to find out why and try and get compensated for all the problems and nothing, Very frustrating and no help at all.
