Defective liner
Walmart was amazing at getting us a refund, but Spreetail shipped a defective liner that had holes all along the side seam. Pictures and videos were sent and the only resolution they had was to drain the pool, take it down, box it back up and ship it to the warehouse before they would issue an exchange. Even though we had purchased the extended warranty. NOTE that the pool was delivered by a large box truck and a fork-lift due to size and weight.....meaning a return was not a suitable option given I don't have a large truck or fork-lift at my disposal. I will NEVER purchase from Spreetail again. Wish all companies valued their customers and handled issues with integrity like Walmart. DO NOT BUY FROM SPREETAIL. TY Walmart for getting us a refund.

canceled order 3 days after purchase on line. Walmart employee sent seller a email. After many attempts for seller to pick up item they have not responded to request to pick up package and refund money 2 weeks after request. I will not order from this company again. I will reply after it is returned and money put back into account with how many days it has took to respond to my request.
