Nice stool-cubby for cats
Its very nice! Colors are good turquoise and beige and brown. Furry floor the cats are timid to go in but it takes them time for anything new

It's alright...it's cool but realized my dog likes sitting with his head out of his dog house or crate and he can only sit sideways in this. Otherwise it's decent.

Great Pet House!
I would love to give this five stars, but there were two issues, one minor and one major. The toy that comes with this is useless. If you're going to include one, make it sturdier; my 15-week old maltipoo tore it off in ten seconds. The major issue was the packaging. It came in shreds, and I was relieved the item was not damaged. Please use better packaging materials. Otherwise, a great product at a great price. My children also love sitting on it and "sharing" it with their dog.

Winded up being too small for my dogs (beagles) so I had to return it. Product would be fine for a small dog or cat. Easy to unfold and put together. Fabric was not sewn into place on one seam for the item I received so it would have probably unraveled rather quickly. D

Dogs would not use it
My dogs do not use this and I have two small dogs. The dogs like to use it to get onto the couch better but thats it. My son likes to hide toys in it and climb on it. It makes a nice foot rest but anything spilled on it leaves a mark after clean up.

Lacking customer service
Their lack of communication from the company that sells this item earned them a zero star rating. I tried to get an answer from them to see if my dog's Christmas present was coming or not. After 3 of weeks of being late, and just days before Christmas I was having to look for an alternative when all of a sudden it showed up at my front door. As for the product itself, I would say it's rather reasonably priced, and my dog loves it. 4 stars for the product.

Not worth price.
Very overpriced with no cushion in bottom. It did come with a very thin liner for the bottom. Very flimsy bottom, no support for big pets.
