[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wish I would have found these covers sooner! I sure could have saved myself a ton of money. So far I haven't had to fix the back, because it falls down, like all the others I have purchased. I love these covers!

It works great. I washed it immediately because it smelled horribly of chemicals when I took it out of the bag. Washed in hot water and ran through the dryer on a normal cycle even though it indicated not to do this, and it came out fine (and far less smelly). We have it on a leather recliner and it stays in place, and our dog loves it.

Very nice slipcover. I think it works well with a lot of recliners.

One problem - the elastic strap which keeps the cover in place when the couch was in use kept coming unhooked. I would rehook it because the cover looked much nicer when it was anchored but the metal hook finally hit and damaged the drywall when it came unfastened. Bummer. I still use the cover but without the elastic band now. Gets rumpled easily, but is stlll saving the couch from puppy play.

However, when taking into consideration the size of the back of a sofa, many these days are quite high. If you could make the large sofa one , with more protection for the whole back, ( longer to come down back of sofa....so elastic holds it in place) that would be great. Had we ordered the extra large, it would have been too big. All in all, great product at a great price.

The thin metal buckles that attach the elastic to the cover are very weak and bend easily making them useless.
