i think its super cute and i really like how it turned out! i assembled it myself and all you really need is a screwdriver or drill (if you want it to go faster) and the directions are super simple. it is not that tall or too short and the shelves themselves are pretty wide and hollow and only thing that i didnt like so much was that the back of the shelf is literally just soft cardboard so it chips and damages easily and where either too short or too long to align together. but if youre looking for something simple to place your books or personal/memorable items then this is the right shelf for you!

i absolutely loved it! it was easy to put together (although you will need help from someone) and it got here so fast!! and it was super affordable too. i will say though, pay close attention to the instructions because i messed up the last bottom shelve (i put upside down) by not reading how it was supposed to go. overall, if youre looking for a simple (but quite tall) bookshelf that will tie the room together then this is it.

Very easy to assemble! Sturdy and makes things look very neat and organized. It came very well packaged without any damage. I highly recommend this. Buy it!

I love the one I already have.. however this company has sent the wrong item in size 11.5 not 9.5 for 4x..3 via Amazon and 1 via Walmart .. the return is easier with Amazon.. so not sure if I'll order again from Walmart

I ordered 2 bookcases, and only one came, the other was damaged in shipment, and returned to the seller. I ordered another one over the phone with Walmart.com assistance. When the price was almost doubled the customer service representative said they would adjust the price difference once I was billed. He told me it would be delivered on the 17th and I never received an enail saying it would be delivered. I talked to another representative and she assured me the matter would be resolved and I would receive an email. No emails, so I ordered another one myself and is to be delivered on the 22nd., now $16 more than the first order instead of $35. Hopefully they will ajust the difference and I will finally receive my matching bookcase to finish my wall unit.

I used to work in retail management and have built many furniture sets, grills, bed sets, ect and have never had issues with building anything. This book shelf snapped when I was trying to add on of the sides onto it 10 minutes into the project. I didn't expect this to be a high quality product, but I also did not expect this to break mid build. Please do not waste your money on this. Will be returning.

We obviously knew the quality would be so so when purchasing, but the sides started splitting when placing the backing onto the shelving so be careful when placing the small nails. Without guides it's hard to tell and keep the nails straight. The most annoying part is the dimensions are slightly different in the picture than in the actual description which we bought thinking they would fit small totes on the shelves. We measured before hand and after building we noticed measurements were slightly off and the width was different in the actual description.

When assembling the bookshelf, the back board broke very easily (you can see the 2 lines now, right in the middle of the bookcase), there was dried paint on the outside of one of the boards, and the shelve corners were already flaked off. The board spacer on the bottom also broke several times while assembling the bookcase. Stay away from this product, save your money and buy a better quality somewhere elese.
