Shipping with Fedex is the worst company always late never on time and half the time your stuff gets lost UPS is the best way to ship.

So you get what you pay for. If you want a book case that is cheap and does the job then it's the one for you. If you want something that can last years and be super sturdy, perhaps not this particular bookcase. Overall I got it knowing that I just needed a black bookcase to hold just a few things.

I was surprised that it came it so many pieces and the back was torn before I had it unfolded (to nail to the back of the shelving unit). The shelves themselves are going to have to be anchored to the wall but otherwise exactly what I was looking for.

There was one hole for one of the screws that was a little large. We had to use some shims to secure it up and make sure it was a tight fit. It is not the most sturdy set of bookshelves, but great for the low price we paid. Also, pay attention to dimensions as it barely fits the size of a notebook or folder. It is more for appearance in our small home office... not what I would put in a large office space that requires a great deal of storage for books, notebooks, etc. Overall, a good purchase that will get years of use!

Backing would tear during assembly and I had to use heavy duty tape to keep the backing together.

Many of the pre-drilled holes that hold the cams didn't hold when tightened. The thin cardboard backing ripped when moving the unit.very wobbly when completed.

The back panel was cardboard and felt cheap. Paying the price I did I expected better quality and for it to not wobble when I set it up. The price for this shelf wasn't worth it.

Backing ripped just moving it around trying to get it nailed on. Shelf is two little ones put together. Even when everything is tight it sways alarmingly side to side. I would not trust it to hold books and not fall apart. Directions pictures only and complicated. Had to watch youtube to even get started. I knew it was a great low price, but expected much better quality.

Trying to build it with these instructions was a pain. And to make things worse, when i went to stand it up… the screws BROKE through the wood so now i can't even use it so i'm returning it. It already felt way too flimsy to begin with but i was trusting the process. Never again

I started to assemble one of these, put two pieces together, slightly moved it and it completely fell apart. the "wood" is so cheap that the literal slightest movements absolutely demolished it.
