Not Worth Price Paid
Start by saying it took Jet about 3 weeks to figure out where my package was & finally after it was delivered, they emailed me to schedule delivery (?!?!), SO I called them & told them I already had it.. they have no idea whats going on. I probably could of gotten a 2nd one for free- which then would have been worth the purchase, because this loft/futon is worth about half of what I paid. "Furniture of America" is of course a Chinese Company.. metal came scratched up, screw holes were not threaded correctly (I had to buy a tool to re thread some holes) & no kid can convert from futon to bed. hinges are unbelieveably tough. Overall, bad experience with JET & piece of garbage Loft/ Futon. It is worth about $100 & change.. not $400+.
