The product is great. The customer service was terrible. I was in the store and placed the order because it was $20 cheaper online. Then I had to wait 3 hours to get the product that I already had in my cart. And I was told because there was only 1 left, that if someone came in to purchase it, I wouldn't be able to get the product that I was picking up for my disabled grandchild. It was the worse experience ever

My daughter seen a commercial for this toy and it's the first ever toy she's asked for after seeing an add. She's 3, this monkey was a hit with children age 2-10 and even all of us adults. It's very vibrant, soft and fun. It only takes a couple of small steps at a time but it's often that it'll reset and walk, holding it's hands for it to swing and flip is fun for everyone and instead of being a few times lile the steps it's constant and will continue to go as long as you'd for it too. Definitely recommend this product!

My kids are in love with this monkey. I had a hard time finding them until one day walking through the toy aisle at Walmart, I saw them and had to get them before they sold out again.

This is a very cute monkey just to look at. I bought it for my 2 yr old granddaughter. I would not recommend it for a 2 yr old. its kinda ruff when you hold it. its arms rotate and kinda hurt when they hit you. i think it scared my gd. She didn't really act as excited about it as i had hoped. its not cuddly at all, its stiff and the moves are unpredictably. The sound is great and it say's alot of different things. I would recommend this monkey to be re-constructed if i was the manufacturer. Making it more cuddle friendly. i think if it stands this would be the only stiff part is the legs, maybe make it walk instead of flinging its arms in a circular motion.

I would recommend this as a gift for older children! My 1 yr old granddaughter is afraid of it! But all the adults loved it lol. We haven't figured out how to get it to do all the things it says on the box it will do ( mine might be broken)

My daughter has been asking for this for years now and I just couldn't get myself to justify the price. It was one of the only toys on her list this year so I decided to finally purchase. This think is a joke!! It worked well for a few hours and now it will only work sporadically. The buttons to interact only work 1 out of every 10 times you try. For $80 I'd expect way more. I tried replacing the batteries (even though they were brand new ones put in to begin with) and it's obviously just a faulty toy. Don't waste your money.

Package damage inside as if it is open and then put it back.

I have bought three of these monkeys, and I've had to send all of them them back. Not good quality and the feet especially break really easily.
