it is beautiful ,only thing is a little shorter, and fed ex delivery you just cant count on them ,they say gonna deliver one day and deliver next day.

Beautiful fireplace
This is a beautiful fireplace. Very well made and not difficult to put together, though instructions could be clearer. I basically put it together by myself and it took almost two hours. We have not used the heat yet, as it was too warm, but everything seems to be working fine. It arrived much quicker than expected and was packaged very well.

Damaged
I like how it looks and the heat is good it warms the house more than those simple smaller heaters but it did arrived damaged its small bit you can see it, i reaches out about it i just maybe wanted the part exchanged they said they cant do that and offered me $20 back wich for the prize of item is nothing and it wasn't about the money it was more about the damaged, it needs to be better wrapped when shipped.

Having issues with the main componet of the fireplace. The thermostat, it's not working you have to manually turn it off and on.
