I have tried 2 other Further Foods products, and this lemon collagen is my favorite! It has a really nice flavor. Further Foods Lemon Collagen is great mixed in Greek yogurt, and I have also made Keto gelatin jigglers with this collagen as one of the ingredients. I really enjoy it.

I love this collagen. I added to my after dinner herbal tea. Its great when you are hungry but do not want to eat. It adds just the right snap of lemon. I also add it to morning smoothies when the fruit I am using (like blueberries) could use a lemony kick.

I have been using it for a protein ice cream on my protein sparing modified fast days, a recipe designed by Maria Emmerich that uses the Further pumpkin collagen peptides. I switched the pumpkin for the lemon flavor. Further is the only one that makes lemon flavor. Why didn't anyone think of that?

I just began taking the collagen, peptide and mixing it in my morning nutrition drink of super greens and beetroot powder. The lemon flavor really adds more flavor to my morning nutritional drink. I haven't taken it enough to recognize the difference in my skin or hair. I'm hopeful!

As a lemon lover, I am underwhelmed with the essence of lemon flavor. Additionally, it chunked up into gobs that were difficult to dissolve upon addition it to cold water. I'll still use it, but am wishing I would only bought one canister instead of three. I will now just use FF's unflavored collagen in my hot coffee. Another idea might be to dissolve a bit in hot water, then cool it in the refrigerator.

To me this collagen this lemon powder is tasteless. I don't know what I'm supposed to do with it. Still trying to figure that out. Just mixing it with water taste really bad.
