I use in my dryer to remove my dog's white hair from black pants when I wear them inside. So easy to throw them into the washer or dryer. I use mostly in my dryer and can put them in at a lower temperature for a short period of time. It throws the hair into the disposal screen.
I saw this on Shark Tank and had to give it a try. We have 3 cats. This came in a pack of two, so I put one in the washer and one in the dryer. I do see fur in the lint tray, but I don't know if it's because of the Fur Zapper. BUT I can say that after 3 loads of laundry, I noticed something in the bottom of the washer. It was a one inch long fur ball! So gross, but so awesome! I can honestly say that it works in the washer, but time will tell if it will work in the dryer.
So after a few months of use, I would have to say I wouldn't go out of my way to recommend this to a friend. It has sort of helped with the amount of hair left on our laundry , but it also seems like it's falling apart. Every time I pull it out after a load and am pulling off any hair that sticks to it, little pieces of the product pull off. I got these as an experiment to see if they helped any, but I'm not convinced they're any better than the cheap velcro balls they sell for this same purpose.
I wish I had looked at reviews.. absolutely a scam- I know this because I have an actual fur zapper- what I received instead can't even pass as a cheap knock off of the item. What I received is not even close to what an actual fur zapper looks like after many years of use. Pictured is what I received (green and orange) and to the right is an actual fur zapper that I have had for years for comparison.
I had this for a week and it started tearing apart on the side of the one I put in dryer. The washer one, I didn't get any hair or lint on and it stayed in one piece. For $12.88, I expected them to fold my laundry, too! lol. Not worth it, to me.
If I could give it 0 stars I would. This is a poor excuse of a knock off. Arrived open and the label for the product looked worse than one I could print at home, and the product it self was definitely not the furzapper and was poor quality. I did end up finally ordering the actual product and will post side by side of the two.
Not what was described, cheap little and poor material. I've bought before in the past, the ones pictured. But not what I received!!
Was skeptical to buy and it proved my fears correct it don't work at all Junk the photo I provided is my blanket after going through washer and dryer
Don't waste your money. It barely gets any hair stuck to it
I've bought furzappers plenty, both real and fake. COINCIDENTALLY, and in my opinion, the ones I received came in a beat up plastic package and the actual furzappers look suspiciously close to the terrible fakes I got off Temu (again, this is just an opinion). The ones I've bought in store are a lighter green and yellow but the ones off Temu are the same orange and green as the ones I've received.
